Incorporating a Trauma Informed Approach to Social Emotional Learning in Diverse Community Settings

In early childhood settings across the country, professionals understand that young children need to be taught social and emotional skills just like they need to be taught math and reading. When children are impacted by stress and trauma, they need to be supported in the development of these skills tenfold. In this webinar, we explore innovative new approaches that are promoting trauma in-formed social and emotional frameworks, so that professionals feel competent supporting the children in our programs who often need it the most.

~ Raise awareness of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) and Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS)
